Please read all instructions carefully. Failure to follow pre-procedure or aftercare instructions may result in poor healing, pigment loss, sub-optimal results, or complications and may void touch-up guarantees or treatment outcomes.

PRE-PROCEDURE CARE

Avoid alcohol, caffeine, aspirin, fish oil, and blood-thinning medication 48 hours prior
-
No Botox, fillers, or injectables 14 days prior

No tanning, sunburn, peels, laser, microneedling, or facials 14 days prior
-
Do not wax, tweeze, or thread brows 72 hours prior
-
Stop retinol, vitamin A, acids, or exfoliants 7 days prior
-
Arrive with clean skin and no makeup
AFTERCARE
-
Keep area dry for 24 hours
-
Gently cleanse as instructed using clean fingers and lukewarm running water
-
Apply a very thin layer of recommended aftercare product
-
Do not touch, rub, scratch, or pick scabs
-
No makeup, sweating, swimming, sauna, sun exposure, or treatments for 7–10 days
-
Expect light scabbing and fading — colour will soften as it heals

LIP NEUTRALISATION
PRE-PROCEDURE CARE

Exfoliate lips gently 3–4 days prior using a homemade lip scrub:

Mix 1 teaspoon sugar with a few drops of honey or olive oil
-
Massage gently for 30 seconds and rinse
-

Keep lips well hydrated leading up to treatment

Avoid alcohol, caffeine, aspirin, and blood thinners 48 hours prior

No fillers or injectables 14 days prior
-
If prone to cold sores, begin prescribed antiviral medication as directed
-
Arrive with clean lips — no lipstick or balm
AFTERCARE
-
Swelling is normal — apply ice packs 10–15 minutes per hour for the first 48 hours
-
Clean lips gently using clean fingers and lukewarm running water

Pat dry with clean tissue

Apply a very thin layer of provided ointment using a clean Q-tip
-
Do not lick, bite, peel, rub, or remove peeling skin
-
Use a straw for drinks; avoid spicy foods and hot or coloured liquids
-
No makeup, sun, sauna, swimming, or treatments for 14+ days
-
Dark lip neutralisation clients may experience temporary deepening of colour before lightening — final results can take up to 3 months

PRE-PROCEDURE CARE

No lash extensions 7 days prior

No lash growth serums 4 weeks prior (depending on product used)

No mascara on the day of treatment

Avoid alcohol, caffeine, aspirin, and blood thinners 48 hours prior
AFTERCARE

For swelling, clients may use frozen teaspoons from the freezer, wrapped in clean tissue

Keep area dry for 24 hours

Apply thin layer of recommended ointment at night

Do not rub or scratch the eyes

No eye makeup, swimming, sauna, sun exposure, or treatments for 7 days
PARAMEDICAL PROCEDURES
(Scar Camouflage, Areola Restoration, Medical Pigmentation)
PRE-PROCEDURE CARE

Area must be fully healed with no open wounds

No tanning, laser, peels, or microneedling 4 weeks prior

Avoid blood-thinning medication 48 hours prior

Medical clearance may be required depending on procedure

For any foot-related paramedical work, clients must bring and wear open shoes / slops
AFTERCARE

Clean gently as instructed using clean hands and tepid water

Apply healing balm sparingly
-
Due to the nature of paramedical treatments, a temporary melanin response or darkening may occur

To assist calming and pigment regulation:

Apply aloe vera

Use witch hazel ice compresses

Tepid showers are recommended (avoid hot water)

Avoid friction, tight clothing, sun exposure, swimming, sauna, or baths for 14 days

Colour will continue to stabilise over several weeks
LASER HAIR REMOVAL
PRE-PROCEDURE CARE

Shave treatment area 24 hours prior

No waxing, plucking, threading, or epilators 4 weeks prior

Avoid sun exposure and tanning 2 weeks prior

Do not apply lotions, deodorant, or makeup to the area on treatment day

Cooling is used during treatment; clients with a low pain threshold may discuss using Emla numbing cream prior to treatment
-
Wear loose, comfortable clothing post-treatment to avoid friction
AFTERCARE

Mild redness is normal post-treatment
-
Avoid heat, sun, sauna, swimming, and intense exercise for 48 hours

Apply soothing gel or aloe if needed
-
Do not exfoliate treated area for 5–7 days

Use SPF once skin has settled
