Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY We understand that emergencies happen and aim to be accommodating where possible. A minimum of 48 hours’ (during working hours) notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. For Monday Appointments Notice needs to be given by Thursday as we may not receive it over the weekend. Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the appointment may result in loss of deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to attend your appointment (no-shows), will result in: *Loss of deposit *Possible requirement of full payment upfront for future bookings *Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
